We can't wait to come back for a trip. The stuff is very approachable. The location is marvellous and amazing, 1 mile from a main square. The bets part that it's near the centre of colourful Marrakech as well as good restaurants like Maison MK, Cafe Arabe and Dar Cherifa. They have a great selection of meals to choose from, the food is great.

Also, the location is stunning, minutes from a traditional medina garden...

Family with children enjoy it

The experience was really good. The evening we arrived, they sent someone to lead us through the narrow streets to the hotel it was dark and confusing, but they made it so easy. The breakfasts were fantastic, like everything was fresh, and they served it on the rooftop, the view was amazing. The staff treated us like family, especially Aziz, who helped us plan our day trips and was so friendly.

It wasn't inexpensive but worth every penny spent.

Great place to stay, it was spotless and fantastic! Excellent service, though a few employees were aggressive. The room was absolutely spotless and fairly quiet with good views of the town. The pillows and bed were very comfy, slept like a baby.

The unit was reasonably spacious and gorgeous.

great location but mixed service experience

The breakfast was fantastic, served hot and fresh on the rooftop terrace. The room was clean, with high-quality bedsheets that enhanced our comfort. We were grateful that our room was prepared ahead of schedule, great to rest after a late arrival. The garden view from the terrace provided a serene backdrop to our meals.

The service could be inconsistent at times.

Finding the hotel can be tricky during nighttime, as the dark, narrow street lacks proper signage and might feel intimidating. The bathroom sizes are quite cramped and lack modern amenities. The pool is quite cold, which may disappoint those looking for a refreshing swim, especially if you're expecting warmer temperatures from a hotel pool.

Picture-perfect courtyard and friendly staff. Enjoyed the local culture walking tours. Unfortunately, the noise from the pool area was quite distracting. Room was lovely but felt cramped at times.

Mohammed at the reception was helpful, even assisting me with local transportation arrangements. Make sure to ask for recommendations about nearby sights to maximize your visit.

Charming Experience in Marrakesh

The rooftop terrace offered amazing views during breakfast! The staff was eager to help with local tips, but I suggest was great.

The location was excellent, just a five-minute walk from the main roads and the vibrant souks, made exploring easy. Staff interaction was mostly positive. The breakfast attendant radiated friendliness. There were significant issues with overbooking that led to an unprofessional handling of my accommodations, including a rude manager who was unhelpful when we sought resolution. This experience overshadowed the unique charm of the building and its overall ambience.

We loved everything about the Riad! The shared areas were beautifully decorated, and the breakfast on the rooftop was good, especially when enjoyed with the fine views. The entire place had a relaxing vibe.

Only downside was a slight noise from other guests during the evening.
